Adam Szolwinski is a sophomore studying cybersecurity and computer infrastructure and network engineering technology. Although he grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, Purdue is like a second home for him, as his parents and sister are all Purdue alumnus. He is really looking forward to giving back to the Purdue community next year as an RA, a PFSB member, and a directing co-chair for Purdue Rising Professionals.
Outside of class, Adam loves to play intramural sports and go to the Boiler Game Mine with his friends. He enjoys being outside and traveling, and one of his favorite Purdue memories is studying abroad in Germany and Spain the summer before his Freshman year. Adam hopes to one day work for the government to protect our nation from the ever-growing number of cyber threats. Adam values PFSB because it allows him to interact with distinguished donors and engage current students in philanthropic efforts on campus.
